United Kingdom

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, Tracked with Signature.

If your order qualifies for free delivery, you can still upgrade to Express at checkout for £2.95.

• Order before 3pm for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
• All deliveries must be signed for unless you designate a safe place. If you do, you are responsible for the security of your parcel once it is left there.

*If you return part of your order and its final value falls below £100, the £4.95 delivery cost is deducted from your refund.

Republic of Ireland

We ship to Ireland via Royal Mail, with delivery in up to 5 working days. Standard shipping is €9.

Here’s exactly what to expect on tax and customs, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

Tax

Because your order ships from the UK, we remove UK VAT at checkout, so you don’t pay it. Irish VAT (23%) applies instead — you’re taxed once, in Ireland, not twice.

Customs (from 1 July 2026)

New EU rules apply to everything posted from Great Britain to Ireland, so this isn’t specific to OBEY. For orders up to €150, there’s a flat €3 customs charge per product type. For orders over €150, standard clothing duty of around 12% applies instead. An Post adds a €6.95 fee to handle the paperwork.

How you pay

An Post takes care of it all. They’ll send you a quick notification with the amount due and a simple way to pay online, then deliver your parcel — or hold it for local collection if you’d prefer. There’s nothing to arrange before you order.
