All orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

*If your final order value after returns is below £100 then the delivery cost of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Orders place after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.

All deliveries must be signed for unless a safe place is designated.

Republic of Ireland

All orders to the Republic of Ireland will be shipped using Royal Mail taking up to 5 working days to deliver and costs €9.

The VAT for items ordered from our site will be applied and payable in the destination country prior to delivery.

Please also note that depending on the value of products ordered there may be customs handling fee to pay before your parcel is released due to new EU guidelines.

You will notified by your local delivery / courier company who will advise on any charges, how to pay them and the release of your parcel for delivery or local collection.
