United Kingdom

All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, Tracked with Signature.

If your order qualifies for free delivery, you can still upgrade to Express at checkout for £2.95.

• Order before 3pm for same-day dispatch.
• Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched the next working day.
• All deliveries must be signed for unless you designate a safe place. If you do, you are responsible for the security of your parcel once it is left there.

*If you return part of your order and its final value falls below £100, the £4.95 delivery cost is deducted from your refund.

Republic of Ireland

We ship to Ireland via Royal Mail, with delivery in up to 5 working days. Standard shipping is €9.

Here’s exactly what to expect on tax and customs, so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

Your order ships from the UK, so we remove the UK VAT at checkout. Irish VAT (23%) applies instead, so you’re taxed once, not twice. It’s charged on your goods, shipping and customs duty.

Since 1 July 2026, new EU rules add a €3 customs charge per product type on orders up to €150. Over €150, standard clothing duty of around 12% applies instead. This hits every parcel posted from Great Britain to Ireland, not just ours. An Post also adds a €6.95 handling fee.

You pay the VAT, duty and fee to An Post on delivery, on top of your order total. For example, one €120 hoodie with €9 shipping comes to about €40 (€30.36 VAT, €3 duty, €6.95 fee).

How you pay

An Post takes care of it all. They’ll send you a quick notification with the amount due and a simple way to pay online, then deliver your parcel — or hold it for local collection if you’d prefer. There’s nothing to arrange before you order.
